Refund policy

 RETURN POLICY: 

All sales are final.

PRESALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS

We will however do a size exchange for clothing only (no footwear or bags) which we honor up to 14 days from when the product was received. If we do not have the size in stock for the exchange, we will issue a store credit once the item is returned back to us.  Customer must pay for all return shipping costs.  Customer must contact us via email prior shipping back an exchange.  A tracking number must be emailed to us after return is sent back.  Please email the tracking number immediately to- Shopluxrosa@gmail.com. Please email us prior to returning your item(s) so we can approve the exchange. If the customer does not email prior to sending back the exchange, the exchange may not be accepted.  Once approved via email, we will send you our return mailing address. (If an item is bought on sale, it is not eligible for an exchange).  

 *You may only exchange one time per order.  No exceptions

If you receive the wrong item, defective item, or you are missing an item...  please email us immediately upon receiving the item/package and we will fix the error right away. **We must be contacted within 7 business days upon receiving your package if an issue occurs. Once your return for a wrong item or defective item is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days. If your item is not sent back within 14 days once the return is approved, it will not be valid for a refund. Please remember we must be contact within 7 days upon receiving your order in order for us to fix any issue that occured.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled

All orders placed during a sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No size exchange for slides/footwear

All jewelry is final sale. No exceptions. To properly take care of gold plated jewelry/sterling silver jewelry, do not get it wet and store in a cool, dry place when not being worn
